B: What Information is Collected, and Why
1. If you submit an online order, we will request
the information necessary to complete the

credit card number.
2. If you request technical support, we will
request your subscriber ID and email address, to
validate your request and return the information
you require. You are entitled to withhold this
information, but if you do so, we may be unable to
provide the support you request.
3. In order for database information to be
returned to the user that has requested it, our
system transfers a session identification code to
the user. This code is erased upon closure of the
session.
4. We aggregate data concerning requests made to
the database, in order to establish user-base
preferences regarding the data provided. This

of its contents to the user base. Such data is not
correlated with any personal information.
